Q: What happens in the free audit?

It's a 60-minute call by Teams or phone. We look at what you currently pay for Microsoft 365, which licences you have and who uses them, and how well your accounts and email are protected. Within 48 hours you'll get a written report showing where you could save money and what we'd recommend fixing. The audit is free for UK registered charities and there's no obligation to buy anything. It helps if someone who can see your Microsoft invoices joins the call.
