Q: Will you try to sell us something?

The report includes our prices so you can compare, but many of the savings are things you can make yourselves. We'll offer one follow-up call and leave the decision with you.

Q: We're not a registered charity. Can we still book?

The free audit is for UK registered charities. If you're a CIC, community group or other nonprofit, call us and we'll tell you what Microsoft offers organisations like yours.

Q: Do you need access to our systems?

No. We'll ask questions and look at your invoices with you. We never ask for passwords.

Q: Who is Sector Three IT?

Sector Three IT is the nonprofit division of BLS Computer Solutions Ltd, a UK IT company. The name comes from the third sector, the charities, community groups and social enterprises we work with.

Q: What does unlimited support mean on Complete?

Your staff can contact our helpdesk as often as they need, weekdays from 8am to 6pm, about problems with their work accounts and charity-owned computers. There's no ticket count and no extra bill for asking a question. It doesn't cover new projects such as office moves or new systems, personal devices, out-of-hours support or training. We'll always tell you before any chargeable work starts.
