Paid plans such as Business Premium for the installed Office apps and stronger security, and F3 for volunteers who need their own email.

For volunteers who just collaborate

Invite volunteers into Teams and SharePoint using their own personal email, at no cost.

Who can’t have charity licences: people you support, members and donors. The free Business Premium grant ended in July 2025, so charities that relied on it now pay the discounted price.
