This website doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across other websites, so you won’t see a cookie banner.

• Visitor statistics
  • We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn’t use cookies or identify individual visitors. Cloudflare acts as our processor.
• Security logs
  • Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in running a secure website.

If you book an audit or register for a webinar
We collect your name, charity, role, email address and phone number, and anything you choose to tell us. We use this to arrange and deliver the audit or webinar, send your report or joining details, and follow up afterwards.

Bookings are handled by Calendly and webinars run on Microsoft Teams, who act as our processors. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interests in following up with charities who have shown an interest in our services.

If we contacted you first
We may email charities about our services using work contact details published in public sources such as the Charity Commission register. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in telling charities about services that could save them money. Every email includes a way to opt out, and we’ll stop straight away if you ask.

Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails where the law allows, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. We keep a suppression list so we don’t contact you again.

Who we share data with
We share personal data only with suppliers who help us run our business, such as our website host, booking and webinar tools, email provider and, for clients, our support partners. They act on our instructions and must keep your data secure. We never sell personal data.

Some suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries, audit notes and webinar registrations: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
• Client records: for the length of the contract and 6 years afterwards, for legal and accounting reasons.
• Opt-out requests: kept indefinitely so we respect your choice.

Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to have it transferred. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within one month.
